It’s time to treat your Mom

May 8th, 2017

Mother’s Day is coming up soon (May 14 — just putting that out there). Have you had some teenage angst throwback moments with your Mom(s) this year? There’s time to make up for it, and we have some suggestions for how to make the weekend perfect.

Georgia O’Keeffe. Oriental Poppies, 1927. Oil paint on canvas. Image: 762 x 1019 mm,
frame: 800 x 1054 x 51 mm. The Collection of the Frederick R. Weisman Art Museum at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis.
Museum Purchase, 1937.

Georgia O’Keeffe

Celebrate a trailblazing figure in art history by visiting our acclaimed exhibition Georgia O’Keeffe. Although O’Keeffe is widely known for her iconic paintings of flowers, this exhibition offers a deeper look into her work and life, using her own words. With over 80 works on display, it is the largest exhibition of O’Keeffe’s work in Canada to date. This is the only North American stop for this major retrospective of one of the most significant painters of the 20th Century.
