Everyone at the AGO is eagerly anticipating the upcoming Georgia O’Keeffe exhibition—including the Chefs at our restaurant, FRANK. What better way to get into the spirit of all things O’Keeffe than a dinner devoted to the great American artist, with American wines and cuisine? The Curated Dinner Series launches on April 20, and reservations are now open. Featuring fresh seafood and seasonal vegetables including asparagus, artichokes and fiddleheads, each course—six, in total—is paired with a wine designed to complement the dish.
Can’t make this event? Don’t despair! Our Chefs were so inspired by this modernist art master, they created a special O’Keeffe prix fixe menu, available at lunch and dinner, to celebrate Georgia O’Keeffe for the run of the exhibition.
Check out some mouth-watering photos of some of the prix fixe dishes on offer:
- goat cheese
- mixed seed flatbread, preserved lemon, fennel fronds
- nasturtium oil, hibiscus dust
- grilled trout
- charred green onions, white bean, dill pesto
- toasted sunflower seeds, artichoke and cultured cream puree
