For the second year in a row, our culinary team led by AGO Executive Chef Renée Bellefeuille recently participated in Bloor Street Entertains (BSE), an unparalleled night of dining and entertainment, all in support of the Canadian Foundation for AIDS Research. Held annually on November 30—the eve of World AIDS Day—BSE brings together city’s finest culinary masters, luxury retailers and creative florists.
This year the AGO was paired up with La Boutique Noire, a luxury boutique clothing store located in the heart of Yorkville, to serve a delicious menu inside the store itself.
Chef Renée and her team presented a delicious range of canapés followed by a four-course meal including Ontario apple and pork consommé, beef cheek Bordelaise, Pied-de-Vent and Rassembleu cheeses from Quebec with house-made crackers.
We’re proud of our team members who use their remarkable talents to give back to the community. This year is the 20th anniversary of BSE, an evening that has raised millions of dollars to further the Canadian Foundation for AIDS Research’s mission to end HIV and AIDS.
