Shary Boyle, one of the decade’s most buzzed-about Canadian artists, was awarded the $25,000 Gershon Iskowitz Prize at the AGO in 2009 for her outstanding contribution to visual arts in Canada. Boyle is a multidisciplinary artist who works fluidly between drawing, painting, sculpture, projection, and installation.
