On April 12, the AGO participated in the Bunch Salon, an event for the "kidsintelligentsia," along with the Design Exchange, National Film Board and the Canadian Opera Company held at the Arts and Letters Club.

"Parents want to have amazing experiences with their kids," says Bunch founder Rebecca Brown.

In the AGO’s "Drawing on Yoga" workshop, kids and parents made animal masks together and then donned them to get down on the mats as they were led through a series of fun, simple yoga poses such as downward dog, cobra, lion, turtle, frog, locust, worm, cow face, and cat. There were babies in diapers alongside parents who might have been yoga devotees in another life "bc" (before children). Lots of fun! Look for "Drawing on Yoga" to re-appear in Fall 08 at the AGO Gallery School.
