Welcome to the first posting of the Future Now’s Food Blog! The Future Now is an Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO) project and exhibition where we experiment with new ideas and try to find out more about, well, everything! Visitors, artworks, ourselves, you name it. Why “Food” you may ask? Food was one of the original themes in the Future Now exhibit and as we delved deeper, we discovered it was “issue-rich”: in other words – full of stuff to talk about – and so here we are!
